Problem with subscription

Qobuz doesnt come in contact with me about my complaint. My studio subscription doesnt work anymore. Last month there were 2 times an amount of 15,99 from my bill. One I have take it back and maybe thats the problem. I send an overview off my vank to nake clear wgats going wrong to the helpdesk. Please help with this issue mnassau@***.nl

Stop playing

Hello Qobuz, recently I started using Qobuz and the sound quality is immaculate and I love the app! However I do have a problem which is quite annoying. When I'm playing an album or playlist and the song that was playing stops, it doesn't automatically go to the next song in queue. I've tried re-installing the app, signing out and back in again, play on another device and checked for an update. Unfortunately this did not help and I have to manualy start the next song every time. How do I fix this problem, because I find the app to be unuseable this way. With kind regards, Tom

What I only will see in a playlist is an album and not all nunbees of an album one by one. I will click on an album an then I will see al the numbers. I use Spotify also an there I can put an album in a playlist. For Qobuz I will have the same, but how??

Diabolical. Have been ignored over and... uk contact number is not even registered. They don't give a damn as long as they have your money and from renewal date I have repeatedly asked for refund but ignored after so many messages that I sent. Android App for Android Issue

It's incredibly frustrating that I cannot log in to your App on Android. It does not recognize my login credentials. All I get is an "unknown" reply. It works on all my other devices, Apple iphone...Ipad...PC desktop, but not Android. Please help because I'm thinking about canceling your subscription and going back to Amazon Music, where everything always works seamlessly with no issues. Please help! Thanks in advance. Also...why is it so difficult to contact Qobuz for help?

Hello I enjoy your music streaming service so this message has nothing to do with that. I'm a disabled veteran and I have my social security benefits loaded onto a debit card I had 8 unauthorized charges on this month card,I have gotten a 30 day free trial but I never renewed but I found out on the morning of December 29 that you took $129.99 off my card for a full years subscription which I just didn't authorize I have waited this long because direct express debit card services was to take care of this for me which they didn't the told me today I have to contact the merchant directly and ask for a refund.i can't pay all my bills because of these unauthorized charges please issue me a refund except for the few days of service I had this month. Thanks Mike

This scam company needs to be shut down! They took my money for music downloads but do not offer a way to download them! They claim you must install their so called Downloader to get music after you pay them but it does not even work!!! Customer service does not even reply to many emails! I wish I had read the reviews about these Qobuz Criminals! I would happily join any class action lawsuit against these thieves!!!
